hi Im Mrs. Aurea A. Lugtu I am 60 years old. I was diagnosed with a history of anemia and thrombocytosis. A clinical impression of essential thrombocytosis is entertained.My bone marrow is abnormalities. Im taking up medicine Hydroxyurea 500 mg and clopidogel 75 mg. Problem with bone marrow can not be improved by dietary supplement such as cod liver oil. I think treatment is either bone marrow transplant or immeunomodulators. You may needed blood transfusion and other blood product till than.
