Can Feeling Of Crawling Parasites Under The Skin Around Labia, Fatigue, Stinging Feeling Indicate Parasite Infestation?
thank you. I have some kind of parasite infestation just under the skin surrounding my labia. I have tried so many different products and nothing kills them. I can feel them crawling, have noticed tentacles on occasion, I m tired, have lost weight even though I eat a lot. Occasional pain in lower rib on right side. joint and muscle pain. Occasionally I can feell them stinging me. I am going berserk with this. Every time I sit down I can feel them and unable to focus or relax.

From your query it seems you are either suffering from pubic lice or scabies infestation.
The treatment is permethrin containing creams or lotions that can be procured after consulting your physician.
However only lotions will not help, in addition you need to wash all your clothes in hot water daily for atleast a week as some parasites tend to remain in clothes and cause reinfection. Also clean and dust your household linen and dry it in the sun if possible as the parasites tend to hide there and reinfest.
These creatures can transmit certain disease like typhus so it is best that you see your physician for the infestation as well as the muscle pain and other symptoms.
