Hello.

You must be new to the usual house chores i presume?
Yes. Hypochlorite is a chemical when comes in contact with water causes an exothermic reaction. Meaning it releases heat. Hence is why you must have felt a mild warmth in your feet. I would reccommend you to use a pair of slippers to clean from next time since the substance is highly concentrated and not so healthy to soft skin.

It may be the most common cause but definitely not the only one. These sensations that can be abnormal are called parasthesias. Hence if it begins to repeat every now and then, i'd advice you to consult a doctor. If not, you may stay at peace. Not an issue to bother.
