Can Exercising Help To Reduce Angina Pain?

can angina pain get better if one continues to exercise ?

i.e if you get angina pain starting from the back to the front chest

and instead of resting you continue the activity and this pain disapears

could still be angina ? or maybe something else ?

usually there is association between exercise and angina pain, on exertion angina pain appears or increase.

angina pain never get better by exercises.

if you are more than 50 year, it is better to rule out angina pain by taking electro cardio gram(ECG) by your nearest doctor.

if ECG comes normal then it is not angina.

then it is associated with muscular pain.
