Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your tonsils and thyroid are totally unrelated organs. Please share with us the thyroid function reports to explain your condition better. Increased T4 and T3 and low TSH is suggestive of hyperthyroidism. It can be due to thyroiditis usually associated with neck pain or due to hyperthyroidism. Additional tests like technitium scan may be needed. So consult a doctor for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
