Can Dry Sex Lead To Abrasions And Bruising Around Penis?
Yes I had very very dry sex with my wife a few days ago and I was determined to reach climax and ejacalate and the next day I noticed and feel some discomfort in my penis only to find several small cuts like abrasions and some bruising around my pernis glan, it is very sore and bled a little.
Hello, Welcome to healthcaremagic.com, Yes, having dry sex do leads to abrasions and bruising around penis. Sexual intercourse requires adequate lubrications to avoid any injury to genitals of both the partners. In the absence of adequate lubrication, due to friction while having intercourse, increases chances of having genital abrasions and lacerations. If more force is used it can lead to more severe injury in the form of bruising. These injuries make breech over genital mucus membranes and hence causes pain while urination/ repeated sexual intercourse. All such raw areas increases chances of contracting sexual transmitted diseases as well. I would advice you to avoid dry sex, use lubricant for local application before having sexual intercourse, avoid unprotected sexual contact & and do consult a venereologist as well. Thank you.
