Well, hello! It is clear, you drink the tea and have loose stools, so stop drinking the tea or have you considered the honey? You are trying to lose weight, yet you are using honey in a tea that is supposed to raise your metabolic rate that you are off-setting by the calories in the honey! NO honey, sugar, sugar alcohols, high fructose
corn syrup, syrup, brown sugar, sugar substitutes (except for
Stevia).

weight loss program developed between you and a trained nutritionist / dietitian who can coordinate your medications, supplements, lifestyle, diet, exercise for optimal weight loss with permancy and assistance to achieve wellness goals.
Otherwise, another am beverage to try that helps with fat loss is green coffee or coffee that is not roasted. It has been shown to expedite fat loss and has a higher level of heart healthy chemicals that also assist in weight loss than does roasted coffee.
