Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to acid reflux or anxiety. Considering your young age, it is less likely that your symptoms are related to any cardiac disorders.

For this reason, I would recommend taking an antiacid and have some rest. If these complaints persist, I would recommend consulting with your family physician for a careful physical exam and some tests:
-A resting ECG
- A chest x-ray study.
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation.
-Blood electrolytes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
