Can Diltiazem Become Ineffective With Time Leading To PVC's?
I am a 55 year old female. I've been on Diltiazem CD 180 mg for 10 years for high blood pressure and to help with frequent PVC's. My blood pressure has been great on this med. The PVC's stopped until recently and are worse than ever before. Can Diltiazem become ineffective over time?

Diltiazem is not a very good medicine for vpc. You can ask your doctor for drugs like beta blockers like tab Metoprolol xr 25 once say.This very effective and first choice of drug for vpc. Also get your blood pressure checked.
