Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is usually not related to dialysis. It can be infective etiology problem. For that, stool routine micro examination should be done. If pus cells and bacteria present, then antibiotic course prescribed. If parasite egg present, then Anthelmintic drug prescribed.

Hope this will help you. Consult physician for examination.

Take care.
