Can Delayed Periods With No Other Symptoms Indicate Pregnancy?

My period date is 2nd of every month.. which has been regular for 3-4 months.. I am quite late this time.. Can i be pregnant? I dont have any other symptoms as I have read on internet. I get a slight pain which i usually get when my period starts, but no bleeding. Also i took medication from doctor on 3rd feb for stomach ache. Please suggest when should i take pregnancy test?

I have gone through your query.Pregnancy is a possibility as you have a missing period.Period can delay some days due to various reasons like the drugs you took or a change in diet.You can take pregnancy test when time you usually get your period.You should use early morning 1st urine for that which is more sensitive for that.You can repeat again the test after 3 days if it is negative.Hope this may help you.
