Hello, I got my period about 3 weeks ago, for almost the full duration it has been black with a lot of clots. I had a 3 cm by 4 cm cyst on my right side and was suppose to go in for an ultrasound 2 months ago but haven t made it in. I have been having bad shooting pains through my abdominal area for the past couple days. What do you think is the cause for the black blood
