General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the ultrasound report is suggestive of polycystic ovarian syndrome with varying size cysts. Further comments can be made for uterine fibroid if size of the same is provided (which is missing here)

The goal of therapy includes induction of ovulation with hormone therapy or to retrieve ovum for IUI purpose if there is infertility reason. While a small intramural myoma does not pause any issues with conception, that of larger size needs to be excised for fertility purpose and prevention of further growth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
