Can Coughing Cause Black Eye With Sty Under Eyelid?
Hello, A few days ago, I felt like a stye was formong under my lower left eyelid. I ve had them before but this time I also now have developed a black eye. This never happened before, but I had a very bad coughing fit..Something was caught in my throat. Did the coughing cause it to worsen to cause the black eye?

Yes severe cough can cause bleeding under skin and conjunctiva of the eye above that you have stye which can worsen it.
