Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
Yes conversion disorder can cause clinical weakness and hypotonia.
Many conditions in medical sciences are beyond reasons and no definitive treatments , just moral of the patient takes patient to different outcomes.
Can have normal things which you must be doing at home :
* have regular habit of performing light exercises at home and YOGA daily
for 30 min. a day.
* maintain your hydration levels .
* regular morning walking in fresh air for better tissue oxygenations.
* take adequate sleep of 8 hours.
* avoid tobacco / alcohol consumption if doing.
* BE POSITIVE -- attitude of life as till there is life there will be
challenges.
Hope this helps you to any extent then I would find my writing worth .
Thanks for using Health care Magic.
Regards
Wishing you happy healthy life ahead.
