Can continuous working on computer affect my myopia ?

Today, I worked so much on the computer without taking break. I worked for 2 hours 10 mins. Can this affect my myopia(I am wearing glasses for myopia)?

working on computer donot increase your myopia if you are working for less hours. it can only cause computer vision syndrome if you are working for more than 8-10 hours
have good healthy life style.

no it doesnt since u are wearing spectacles..make sure your spectacle power is the right one..check your power every six months
