Can Circumcision Be Done At Penis Base Without Removal Of Tip?
Can i have a sleeve resection, a circumcision done at the base of my penis with none of the tip of the foreskin removed and when the skin on the shaft is moved back so the cut ends can be stitched together, I do not want any stitches on the glanis end of my penis as i want the shaft skin to be movable. Can it be done that way, that by the way is the way they do it in japan
