Can Changes In Vision Cause Headache?

I have been having headaches for several months now. I went to my doctor and was treated for some sinus drainage with a steroid, but the headaches did not completely go away. It is almost time for my yearly eye exam. Could my eye vision have changed and its causing me to have these daily headaches?

Hi
If your power of your glasses have changed and your are reading more with the old inappropriate glass, the eyes might try to accommodate somehow to see. So this extra work might result into a headache.
