Can Change In Eyesight Cause Dizziness,headaches And Tiredness/

The last month or so I ve been feeling a little dizzy with slight head aches and tiredness. I have also have noticed my vision is off. Just went to the eye doctor and I have big change in my eye sight within the last year. Should I be concerned and what do you think of my Symptoms?

it can happen. refraction should be done you have not given your age andother related symptoms. exclude glaucoma and presbyopia. should have gin your type of defect. if it is myopia then change of power is possible with your growth. if crossed 45 then you might be developing near vision defect. so give detail history and get checked by ophthalmologist.
