Can Calledmegestrol Acetate 40 Mg Cause Tiredness?

I have recently hestericimy.They found that I had uterous cancer.They took every thing out and put me on a medication calledmegestrol acetate 40 mg.2 tablets twice a day.Doc says this is or hopfully he got all the cancer cells. He will do more tests in August to see if any cells were left. I haven t been to a cancer doc only the gynolgist who did the surgery. Should I see one? This medication makes me so tired all the time or I guess it is the medication.
