Can Calamine Lotion Be Allergic For A 1 Year Old Child?
what are the allergic reactions to calamine lotion for a 1 year old? I applied to a few bug bites and shortly after she had red cheeks and was really irritable and threw up a small amount after her bottle. anything I can do besides wiping her down with warm soapy water to try to clear the calamine left on her skin?

Hai...sometimes even a quite harmless drug can produce some sort of reaction in some people. the cause of it could not be found out. It is called idiosyncratic reaction. Best thing is to avoid future usage of this particular drug. I have seen 1 or 2 cases who had developed rash with calamine lotion. What you have done is the best. Happy to help anytime.
