Can caffene raise your blood pressure?

I have low blood pressure and feel sulggish many times. W hen i drink coffee i fell more alert. Why?? i do not know if it makes a difference but i have a pacemaker .

Caffeine is a stimulant and will raise your blood pressure. However, you should see your doctor about your blood pressure. If it is regularly that low that it makes you lethargic, that can indicate a serious problem.
