Can Birth Control Be The Reason For Loss Of Appetite And Pain In The Vagina?

I just started the birth control shot. I ve lost all appetite like I know that I am hungry but I just don t want to eat. I ve also been experiencing mood swings out the door. I ve also been having a stabbing pain in my vaginal area like it feel like someone is stabbing me. It s also been hurting when I pee a lot and my pee has been a lot darker. I also have been urinating out chunks of redish brownish tissue(?)

Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing are those of urinary track infection. You can do a urine analysis before treatment. If it comes to be infection you can use Bactrim as primary drug uses for simple UTI.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
