Can Bacterial Cells Blockage Cause Loose Motion ?

hi mother is having loose motion since 2006.whenever she had a loose motion she had 3or 4 loose stoals a daY the doctors told us that her intestines cells has blocked thats why the bacteria have been stucked there and it might be the reason of her loose motion
