OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
As per your sonogram report, you have two myomas or fibroids in the uterus, one in the muscle on the back of the uterus and is big enough to be removed, while the other is below the mucosa on the inner surface toward the upper part or fundus of the uterus and is comparatively smaller in size. The endometrium is thicker and is perhaps suggestive of the hormonal excess while the ovaries are normal. Please correlate clinically with your gynecologist regarding further management. Hope this helps.
