Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?
The MRI report for my dad says " Diffuse bulge with focal left paracentral extrusion of L4-L5 disc is noted. There is mild caudal migration of extruded disc, significantly narrowing the left lateral recess, compressing the left exiting L5 nerve root. The extruded component measures about 14 x 11 x 8.6 mm (TR x CC x AP)". What is the recommended treatment for such a condition?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given report of MRI this is the degenerative disease of spinal disc and the over all report need to be correlate with the clinical condition as such you have not stated the clinical complain for what the test done, it would be convenient to advise you if the clinical history was given, take care and have a nice day.
