My MRI shows complex multicentric high grade chrondomalacia. In addition it shows a large bakers cyst, torn meniscus(posterior horn at root?) bone spurs and maybe a chip. Will this require surgery? Or is there enough bracing, therapy or drugs that will help.
Hi, If you are having a large baker's cyst with torn meniscus and bone spurs in association with significant pain and discomfort, surgery may help you. You may choose to take medications if the pain is under control but your physical movements might get restricted.
