Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
The fertile capacity would be decided conclusively after his semen analysis.
Other than this,
Does he ejaculate?
does he has good erection?
Any pain in testicles or while peeing still?

The urologist will help you to determine the right cause and proper treatment.

Hope this helps.
Thanks
