Does Injury To Testicle Cause Infertility?

while playing cricket in college .. a ball hit on my lower abdominal ..from that time my left side testicle ther is some thing like intestine..does it cause to infertility..it's been long time since this incident happen. which doctor should i visit .. i'm located in bangalore

Thanks for your query.
Noted that you are in Bangalore and there is history of hitting by a ball in the lower abdomen. There is something like intestine in the left testicle. This is most probably a hernia.
This can not cause infertility if the hit was on the lower abdomen.
I would advise you the following:
Get an opinion of a General Surgeon to confirm the diagnosis and get operated if hernia is present.
Get semen analysis done and if normal nothing more is needed to be done.
