Can An RH Mismatch Be Harmful For A Fetus And Its Mother?

Hi....I am in my 28th month of my pregnancy. I have RH Neagtive and hubby is RH positive. when i get my first ICt test it was negative, but today i got the second test report it was positive....and doctor told me that it can be harmful for the baby. Is it so....but earlier they told me to give one injection now and after delivery......I am very tensed plz tell me...>?

If it is positive then definitely it can harm your baby. You have to go for antibodies titre. If titre are less regular follow up is required with usg scans but if titre are high then it's worrisome. Consult your gynaecologist immediately.
