Can Alka Seltzer Be Taken For Acid Reflux?
I am taking 20mg of citalopram per day. I have a wicked head cold. I've been taking Mucinex (not D or DM) twice a day, as it is a 12 hour release tablet. Tonight I have acid reflux pretty bad. Can I take a plain alka seltzer? It always seems to help.

Dear you can use it will give immediate temporary relief, sometimes it cause bloating feeling. Reduce spicy food and alcohol. Use tab. Esmoprazol before breakfast for 2weeks, syrp. Sucral thrice a day.
Why your taking mucinex for cold I don't know, have you suffering from heavy sputum???with cough. Use cetrizine or levocetrizine and water vapor inhalation. Avoid cool drink and freeze water.
If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
