Welcome to Healthcare Magic
It is probably not related to the sun exposure. You could be having chest pain due to many reasons. Is there any difficulty swallowing, any burning sensation in the centre of the chest. Eat soft, bland, cool diet. Avoid spicy food. Drink plenty of water. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. D you feel any palpitations or dizziness.
