hai doctor ..i got married before 6 months.. iam suffering from back after i got married... 20 days back i consult doctor . we took x-ray pelvis AP part... docter told me one bone is pressing other that why u got pain... he asked me whether u r pregnant before writting tablets.... he asked me to take dolo500,Kaimosin Forte & Pantocid tablets.... my periods got delayed..... can i continue this tablets..pls help me..

Hello,
You should exercise caution with dolo 500 in the the 1st trimester.But pantocid is fine.But first you need to confirm your pregnancy because you have already had xrays.Get a urine test to confirm then see a gynaecologist about your pain meds.
