Hello,

You have a liver hemangioma and have gained much weight. Liver hemangiomas generally do not show any obvious symptoms, unless they grow large. Liver hemangioma are generally harmless. Alcohol is the most important factor that damages the liver beyond repair. Also, smoking must be stopped to avoid liver damage.

Once the liver is damaged, metabolism gets affected. You are suggested to get routine blood works, urinalysis, liver function tests and biopsy done so that treatment can be started at the earliest. When a person gets persistent pain owing to hepatic hemangioma or continuous blood supply to the abnormal growths which make them larger may require surgery to rectify the conditions.

These invasive procedures may involve removal of only the liver hemangioma, excising a segment of the liver that is damaged due to big mass of the hemangioma. Since you are overweight, you should keep your weight in check. It will relieve you of liver conditions. You can take a diet moderately low in fats, proteins. Taking plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in a variety should be included in the diet.

Take adequate water, no processed food, lift weight, do full body exercise, stay active, replace side dishes with steamed veggies, bake don't fry, do walking in the morning and evening, reduce food by 100 calories per day and book a therapy session to reduce weight. Losing weight with diet control and exercise will help to reduce your discomfort.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
