Can a doctor explain what does 3mm hyperechoic focus related to the endometrinum or subendometrium at the body mean ?

This is a copy of a pelvic ultrasound and I would like to know what it means, it says: Apparent 3mm hyperechoic focus related to the endometrinum or subendometrium at the body. I would like to know what that means. I am a trained MOA so I do understand some parts of the report, but not all. Please help me with this, thanks.

Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that in my opinion it can be a cystic swelling or some abscess .

Take care.
