I have had the flu for 3 weeks, I am 51 years old, 5 ft 7, 220 lbs. At the same time I have had female problems and bleeding for 4 weeks, that was very heavy at times. I have been taking Nyquil daytime and night time for about a week now. At times when I walk outside to take garbage or to my car....my pulse starts racing and I cannot breath well....feel very weak and head pounds and terrible weak and shaky. I have to sit down to catch breath. I have been using a breathing machine for about 4 days now and feel better and feel that I am improving. No medical problems before this besides high blood pressure years ago....could this just be the flu or lose of blood or combo of both (menopause)? I have stopped bleeding now too. Thank you
