Hi,

Unfortunately, there are no medications available to directly treat the condition of cavernous angiomas in the brain (no matter what their location).

The only definitive approach to treating this condition is NEUROSURGICAL PROCEDURE. This is a very risky treatment option and should be thoroughly discussed with the neurosurgeon before deciding to perform.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dariush Saghafi, Neurologist
