can a 9 year old have ovarian cyst rupture and if so what are the signs? She has had abdominal pain coming and going, loose stools that come and go and cramping. Then she was tender to the touch to the abdomen, when she had ct scan it showed fluid in cul de sac?

Abdominal pain along with loose stools does not explain ovarian cyst rupture. Plus fluid in culde sac can be because of many othet intraabdominal causes. Inthis case we should rule out intestinal pathology like appendicitis,malrotation etc.
