Can Tuberculosis Medication Cause Any Side Effects?

i have been diagnonised as Tuberculosis with accumulation of water and lumps in lungs. this is my second day of treatment and on following medicines.

Solonex 300mg, R-cin 600mg, PZA 1500 mg (single dose of 750*2), combutol 1000mg & benadone 40mg. Since 2 days Iam having headache (continious). Is this side effect of any of the above medicine. Can I take a pain killer to supress headache

You are taking optimum dosage of anti tubercular drugs :
Rifampicin 600 mg ( 8 mg / kg body weight )
Etambutol 100o mg ( 15 mg / kg)
Solonex ( isoniazide) , pyrazinamide ( 1500 mg 0
Benadone is pyridoxine .
Above mentioned are prescribed for a patient more than 50 kg body weight ( 70 kg may be )
Anti tubercular drugs produces nausea , vomiting , abdominal discomfort. HEADACHE , dizziness , peripjeral neuritis and so many others .
Yes you can take pain killer for headache .
Usually I also prescribe my patient some proton pump inhibitors like pantaloc-d,
according to need.
However reason of headache may be , hyper tension , hyper acidity , so take one two tablet for 2-3 days but if pain persist then consult your treating physician and get his opinion.
