Can Telfast, Higher Dose Cause Diarrhea And Nausea
I am taking Loxamine 20mg for a number of years. I started taking a higher dose in allergy treatment and took Telfast 180gm. Within 24 hours I had already suffered dioreha and nausea started. Are they connected? What is the highest dose of allergy treatment should I take?

Hello.Take Fexofenadine and Paroxetine combined can cause nausea and diarrhea.
However say that 180 mg per day, the maximum permitted daily dose of fexofenadine,is widely used in the treatment of allergy and urticaria.
