The combo of ranexa and Metoprolol may increase the levels of metoprolol in your blood. This can lead to lower blood pressure , slower pulse etc. I suggest talking to your doctor about this and if you have any symptoms of dizziness, lightheadedness etc then have your blood pressure checked immediately.
