Can Ranexa, Metoprolol Tartrate And Isosorbide Be Taken Together?

Thank you: I have a prescription for Ranexa. 500 mg 2x a day. I am also taking isosorbide m re 30mg 1days day. Also Metoprolol Tartrate 25mg 1/2 tablet twice a day. Is this good or is there an overlapping in these 3 drugs?? This Ranexa is so expensive I want to be sure. I am on Medicare s have prescription insurance w$400 deduct.. Thanks
