Can Propranolol Cause Lag Feeling After Colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy on July 13, 2015 and a new drug for me ( propranolol) was use for the procedure. I am 70 years old and having problems with lethargy and a 24/7 need/desire to sleep. This is NOT my norm. I have a farm that I take care of by myself and I usually function well on 6-7 hours of sleep. Can I be having some kind of a lag affect caused the drug that was used for my colonoscopy? I am very lethargic and having real problems concentrating during reading and planning strategies for my day. My husband did comment that I was not easy to arouse post procedure and took several hours to come out of the sleep when the procedure was completed. Thank you for your advice.
