Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear may useful for fever and headache but it won't decrease the pharygeal wall congestion.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use levocetrizine twice a day for five days. Use xylometazolin tablet twice a day for five days.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care
