Can Noriday Tablets Cause Weight Gain?
Hi, I hope you are doing well. I’ve been taking Yaz pills for 9 months and during this period I’ve gained weight about 8kg. My doctor prescribed me Noriday pills and now I’m concern about gaining weight again. Can Noriday cause weight gain? I have underactive thyroid, 63kg weight and 166hight. Best regards,

Yaz pills, estroprogestative pills are more likely to cause weight gain than noriday which contains norethisterone only. Also, low thyroid can cause weight gain.
First of all, you should take levothyroxine to stabilise the thyroid balance and stabilise weight than we can see if you will continue to take Yaz or noriday.
