Can Metformin Help Me To Get Pregnant?
Hi, I have been on Metformin for over 3 months now for PCOS - I have had one peroid, missed amonth and have just had a period today. I want to concieve as me and my partner fell ready, will the metformin help or shall i ask my gp for another parscription?

Metfromine is also used in the treatment of PCOD ( beside in diabetes ) . This drug will ( or may )regulate your periods and in this way it may help in conception ( pregnancy ) .
In my opinion directly this drug don't help in conception ( only it help in the treatment of PCOD) ,so consult your treating doctor and get his help for conception ( another prescription ).
