Can Ibuprofen Be Taken While On Effexor XR And Wellbutrin XL?
My husband takes Effexor XR & Wellbutrin XL. He had dental work done due to an infection. He was given Acetaminophen-Codeine #3 for pain. His dentist said he could take Motrin with that if needed. I don t have Motrin here, but I have Ibuprofen 200mg & Naproxen Sodium 220mg. Would he be able to take either of those with the APAP #3 & his depression meds?

Hi,
Motrin itself contain Ibuprofen anti inflammatory and analgesic drug. So if Motrin not available than ibuprofen and Naproxen combination can be taken.You have to complete course of prescribed antibiotic as well for early recovery.
