Can IBS Cause Stomach Ache,tiredness And Sore Eyes ?
I was diagnosed as with IBS about 4-5 weeks ago. Total diet change (no meats,dairu, fatty/fried foods) and natural remedies such as Peppermint oil, metamucil and probiotics. Several days now, no stomach pains at all. Today, I did some yard cleaning and lifting to move several heavy items followed by small pasta lunch. 5 or so hours later, my stomach still feels full, then very tired, weak with lightheadedness and ear ringing.Even my eyes feel sore . Laying in bed now weak and anxious. Is it physical work causing this or weak from such simple lunch or something else?

read your prob, you feel weak anxious n fullness in abdomen, this is due to less calore intake as you start light food, its ok but body reguir certain amount of calore per day, so your diet contain that cariry n sufficent amount of vitamins n micro minrals. you should take advise to dietitian. fullness of abdomen occur due to gastritis in case of IBS. so you start omeprazol tab before meal as per your treating doc s advise. you must feel better.
