Can I Use Benzoyl Peroxide For Acne On Scrotum?

Hi can I use benzoyl peroxide for acne on my scrotum, had it checked by a doctor but it wasn t really bad then and it s definitely not an std. I don t want to go to a doctor again, will it damage my testicles when it absorbs into the skin? When I pop the little pimples white stuff comes out, not watery but more like a spaghetti. Thank you it s pretty embarrassing.

Thanks for your query.
Something like spaghetti coming out on popping the lumps or acne on the scrotum is indicative of multiple sebaceous cysts on the scrotal skin.
The only curative treatment is excision by surgery.
Do not apply anything like Benzoyl Peroxide on the scrotal skin as it will hurt it as the character of the scrotal skin is different is corrugated and hence do not apply such a thing.
Consult a General Surgeon and get operated if advised by him.
