Losing weight is one of the main problem faced by people in the age group of 27 - 45 yrs. This is the age when our body doesnt listen to us the way it was doing before. 1. Diet - Normally Sedentary human requires about 2800kcal of energy/day. Reduce it to 1500 kcal/day X 180 days.
2. Exercise - Body reduces its BMR [Basic Metabolic Rate] when its intake reduces. But we should raise the output and thereby increase the fat burning by doing exercise. Let it be just 1/2 an hour/day X 6 months.
3. Will Power & 4. Persitance - This is what we lack. If you have this, following 1 & 2 would not be a difficult task.
